NWA Chemical is a chemical manufacturing and distribution company, formerly known as Kramer Chemical, which is registered with both the EPA and the FDA. Based out of Northwest Arkansas, we manufacture detergents and cleaning chemicals for many different industries. Our company is divided into 2 divisions:

- MSDS Sheets are supplied on every bottle of product we manufacturer
- An emergency "800" number is printed clearly on every box and container for our customers and our customers' customers.
- Regular safety audits are performed in our manufacturing facility to ensure our associates are working in the most safe work environment possible.
- NWA Chemical calculates, posts, and shares an internal "safety index" measuring system.
- Our associates are evaluated on our safety record.
Preferred vendor of our customers We intend to be the preferred vendor of our customers. When customer orders are given to us, we will have the best order accuracy, production speed, and on time deliveries period.
- The customer has a representative assigned to their account.
- The customer hands the order in to their representative and considers the job complete.
- The order is complied and handed over to customer service manager for verification of the order and entry into our accounting system, production scheduling system, and logistics system.
- The order is verified by production and produced according to out by times.
- Production is evaluated on fulfillment percentage and out by time percentage.....both of these goals are kept at 100%.

Our research and development group Our research and development group are experts in assisting our customers on product development. We are dedicated to not just selling our product but work hand in hand with our customers to meet their individual needs.
Standard by which quality is measured Our products are regularly tested during the production process as well as at the end of a run. Quality standards are in place to insure a premium appearance of the product and product packaging. Labels are inspected for accuracy as well as appearance. There is even a quality check point at the shipping dock to ensure pallets are wrapped properly and labeled correctly.
